SHIPPING

Customer is responsible for paying shipping and handling charges. Units are shipped using LTL trucking carriers. Additional freight service like liftgate are available upon request. Skyline Industrial is not responsible for any damages, which may occur during transportation as it is not covered by the warranty. Instead, we will help dispute the damages with the carrying company.

Skyline Industrial shall not be held responsible for damages resulting from negligence during installation or operation. The correct interpretation of the technical specifications and the user manual is the buyer's responsibility. Problems arising from misuse are the buyer's responsibility.
